With a mixed fermentation process using a traditional Belgian Ale yeast and a non-traditional wine yeast, this hazy-golden colored ale has the characteristic Belgian aromas of floral grassy notes, banana esters, and slight bubble gum. A cloudy white carbonated head helps show off the use of oats & spelt, which add body while keeping the beer light and soft on the palate. Refreshing apricot and floral honey flavors give way to a pleasant lingering Noble hop finish.  6.0% ABV
