Description: | A big hefty black and brown stout is no problem for the Bruery to make look sexy, and this no different. Leans into those dark and crimson red edges and cherry cola 3/4" head. The nose is as advertised, peppers, roast, chocolate malt. Taste is even more layered than the nose, the vanilla and cinnamon are apparent right away. Hides the alcohol quite well, the heat is respectable but not blinding. This is a very well made beer. Hits the sweet spot viscosity wise with a little bit of bitterness and roasty base underneath all this other stuff. 11.1% ABV | |
