 This wild ale is refermented with black and red raspberries, hence the name. Opaque, deep blueberry in color with almost no head. Pungent aroma of tart raspberries, sour dark fruit, light oak and a touch of red wine vinegar in the background. A lot of complexity here, with more subtleties coming out as the beer warms. Warm flavors of vanilla, oak and raspberry pie give way to an extreme tartness of the raspberries, leaving a lingering vinegar-like finish. 6% ABV
