A faint lemon is toned down a bit by subtle plum sweetness and the spicy yeasts is present. forward with a bready taste and an immediate sour pull. followed on by a later lemon and yeast and finishes the same was as the smell with a subtle sweetness from the plum. A less than medium level of carbonation and crispiness. 5.2% ABV |
