Description: | A strong malt base of Pale Ale and Vienna malts lend a beautiful bread like backbone. This backbone is almost overshadowed by an aggressive amount of Nugget and Mosaic hops added mostly late in the boil to bring out the flavors and aromatics. These 2 pair beautifully together, providing notes of blueberry, strawberry, peach, as well as a little grassoline from the Mosaic. After primary fermentation, an extended dry hopping period of only Sabro hops is used. This coconut and tropical fruit forward hop adds an extra level of hop complexity. | |
