| Description: | Totality Imperial Stout brewed with honey and then aged on barrels. This version has been aged on rye barrels with vanilla beans. Pours ebony black with thin dark khaki head. Aroma is massive with strong vanilla extract heat, big boozy toffee and espresso over hersheys syrup. Mouthfeel is full, warm and silky with notes of bakers cocoa, dark chocolate, cacao nibs, oak, whiskey and caramel. Rye spice is subtle but look for an earthy white pepper as it warms. | |
