⌂ > Real Ale x Jester King Le Petit Hans

This beer is a mashup of Le Petit Prince and Hans Pils brewed in collaboration by both breweries on Real Ale's pilot system.  The resulting beer is a mashup of French Table Beer and Pilsner...they say session lager.  We think German Leichtbier is probably the best category for it.  Grassy, herbaceous nose.  Body is ultra light, with medium low carb.  The beer is highly attenuated with a dry water cracker malt and just a soft hint of grassy hop character.  Bitterness builds a touch, giving you a hint of German Pils bite but fades quickly and cleanly on the finish.  Incredibly interesting beer if you can stop to enjoy it before you crush it.
