5 years ago we would have had a hard time keeping a Czech Pils on draft.  In 2019, we have our choice of world class bohemian pilsners made in Texas.  This is yet another stellar example.  Pours light straw yellow with good clarity.  Nose is full of grassy, spicy saaz hop bitterness.  Medium high carb delivers an agressive grassy, earthy hop bite with a very soft honey and oat malt sweetness underlying.  Exceptionally composed, clean and crisp with all the subtlety you look for in the style.
