Brilliant light gold pour.  Honey, cereal malt and a very slight bitter orange nose.  Crisp with a very mild grassy bitterness to open the taste, malt sweetness quickly envelopes and overtakes but a medium carb keeps the flavor very clean and crisp. Light bodied with a bit of honey sweetness on the finish.  Bitterness is low but a grassy bite does build as you work through the beer.
