 Meyers lemons are preserved then blended into the mixed-fermentation sour golden ale with Sorachi Ace hops and Himalayan Pink salt. The resulting crisp, savory, and refreshing ale is made to complement a variety of complex flavors and spices.Pours a bright, somewhat hazy yellow with aromas of lemon, white grapes, and oak. The taste is white grapes, white wine, lemon, some oak, a hint of salt, some yeast. Lightly sour, a medium amount of tartness. Some hop flavor from the Sorachi hops. 7% ABV.
