Description: | The first offering from Lone Pints Pioneer series was Yellow Rose and it was so delicious, it stuck around. Mosaic was used for bittering, flavoring, and aroma in the kettle; it was also massively dry hopped. A chalk-white head with a very clean biscuity backbone, as one would expect from German pilsner malt. The hops imparts a strong grapefruit flavor and aroma. This cask version imitates the popular drink, "French 75" with Juniper, Lemon Juice, and Lemon Zest added to it. Flavors of lemon and citrus on the front end, with bittering flavors from the Juniper on the finish. 6.5% ABV | |
