| Description: | Born of our most ambitious moments in the brewhouse, this revivalist saison is traditionally step-mashed and then naturally carbonated in the fermenters. Born of local Riverbend Malt 2 row and 6 row barley and Appalachian Wheat, the beer was then hopped with a liberal amount of aromatic Grungeist and Calypso hops.
