| Description: | Made for fellow brewer Gabe Fletcher of Anchorage Brewing in honor of his birthday, and named for "a Hawaiian phrase meaning, more or less, 'the best.'" This wild ale is made with raspberries, lime and Michigan hops. A subtle lime nose with hints of vanilla bean and raspberries. The taste starts out w/ very subtle raspberry notes and hints of grapefruit contributed from the Michigan hops. It finishes with a short lived bite from the lime and notes of grapefruit and a subtle raspberry sweetness. 6.3% ABV | |
