Description: | A west coast style IPA brewed with German Pale Ale malt and a good portion of of CaraHell. This helps balance the increased amount of bitterness required for the style. It also imparts a nice honey type sweetness into the beer. This honey sweet quality plays very nicely with the fruit forward hops. Centennial, Ekuanot, and Nugget is used throughout the boil. After primary fermentation it is dry hopped with a liberal amount of Ekuanot, Nugget and Azacca. 6.5% ABV. | |
