WARNING:This flight is not for the faint of heart! I curated this flight based on my experiences while working here for the last 5 years. We start off with Founders All Day IPA; this is my go-to beer after work. When my shift is done I need a sessionable IPA to start off with. Next on the flight is Victory Golden Monkey; This beer became my all time favorite when I first joined the UFO Club. Every Monday for Pint Nite, you could catch me with a Golden Monkey in hand! Following it up with NOLA Sauvage. I was born and raised in New Orleans, then came to Houston after Hurricane Katrina hit. With the explosion of good breweries in NOLA, I had to put a brewery from my hometown. If you see a lot of beers from Louisiana on our draft wall, its because of me, YOUR WELCOME. =) The final beer is Founders CBS! My last beer is usually one that is a sipper. If you haven't had this beer before, get ready, its not for the faint of heart! A portion of the proceeds will go to Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels. This was my first job here in Texas, and it made me aware of how many people need assistance with basic life necessities. Get my flight, and you will help senior citizens in need receive a nutritious meal. Cheers!
