Brooklyn Bel Air Sour is a medium-bodied American Wild Ale and pours a hazy gold hue. It has a slightly sour aroma, complimented by bright notes of tropical fruit.  The Amarillo dry-hopping process gives its deliciously light and tart fruit flavor profile a balanced nuance. Soft barley and wheat malts balance tropical fruit, lemon zest, lightly bitter hops and hints of yeast, and the whole thing comes together to close with a fine dry finish. This brew is all at once effortlessly cool, breezy, and undeniably compelling. 5.8% ABV.
