From Mikkeller's Berliner Weisse Series, Hallo Ich Bin, this tart, German-style wheat beer is brewed with the addition of Blueberry. Beueberry dominates the nose with soft yeasty malt and lemon underneath. The blueberry here is very sweet and tart, overwhelming the softer lemon malt character. Lactic acidity builds as you drink but is never dominate. Light bodied with moderate carbonation, the beer finishes crisp and bone-dry. An approachable, refreshingly tart wheat beer perfect for the summer months.  3.7% ABV
