This kettle soured Berliner Weisse is brewed with cinnamon, vanilla bean and zesty key lime.  Pours a slightly cloudy gold with a small white head. Plenty of key lime tartness, with some lemon-like acidity, as well, along with cinnamon, sourdough, and dry grains. Light-bodied, with modest carbonation and a tart, dry mouthfeel. Pretty good replication of key lime pie. The finish leaves lingering notes of tart key lime and a pleasant spice from the cinnamon and vanilla.ABV 4.5%
