Firestone's house berliner base is refermented on oak barrels with California tangerines.  The result pours a cloudy pink edged yellow.  Nose has bright citrus, fresh hay, tart lactic aciditiy and a slight white grape.  Sharp initial sourness is cut by honey, orange pulp, lime zest and mild oakiness.  Medium crab keeps it from tearing at the palate.  Medium dry on the finish with orange pith, lemon zesy and a wet grass funk
