Description: | This tangy and tart Farmhouse is bright and opaque gold in color with a thin and foamy pale head. Brewed in collaboration with The Masonry Brewing of in Seattle, it is a celebration of pizza, cats, beer- specifically the underappreciated styles of England. With an almost power soft yet fragrantly floral aroma that has a good amount of tang and citrus zest on the nose and a mildly acidic lemon flavor, it is incredibly light but also well balanced considering the amount of funk that is traditionally anticipated from Jester King brews. Similar to an unsweetened lemon tea, it is bright and easy drinking with a good amount of bubble throughout, giving it a crisp and easy mouthfeel. Very refreshing and perfect for sharing in the sun. 4.6% ABV | |
