Pours very hazy medium golden yellow color with an off white head with fantastic retention. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart/tangy lemon, lime, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, red/green apple, wheat, cracker, and biscuit dough. Taste of big tart/tangy lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple. Light-moderate lactic tartness, wheat tang; and light pepper/clove yeast spiciness on the finish. 6% ABV
