Pale golden color, thin, lacy white head. The nose starts with a soft aroma of sweet orange and candied fruits, like dried apricot and peaches, set against a very subtle grassy and woodsy aroma. The body is light and refreshing with a soft mouthfeel and a dry finish. Overall flavor is very well balanced, sweet and slightly tart up front, with a mild nutty malt character sitting in the middle and a lingering, but pleasant, bitterness at the end. Pacific Jade is a pungent aroma hop, grown in the fertile soil of New Zealand. It’s unique and multi-faceted fruity aroma make it a perfect standalone hop in this single hop series. 5.6% ABV.
