Brettanomyces Farmhouse Ale fermented with Peaches pours a cloudy yellow gold color with a 1-2 finger foamy white head. Aroma is of wheat, peaches, dry hay, cardboard, lemon zest, bread crumbs, mild funk and peppercorns. Not as much peach in the nose as I expected.  The flavor had a lot more peaches in it as well as a citrus taste like Orangina soda. The sweetness is there, but there are tart and funky aspects which weave peppery spices like coriander with cracked wheat, dry yeast and baking flour. The brett, funk and oaky notes show up late in the finish and then leave you with flavors of peach and lemonade.ABV 6.2%
