It is first brewed with orange peel and coriander that's fermented with a combination of yeasts, Brettanomyces and their own house mixed culture. Next the beer is aged to final maturation in Terreux's Foeder Forest in a combo of barrels. There are no kettle sours here even though it takes a little longer. The result is a winning combination that's fress with subtle complexity, balancing the spiced and fruity characteristics of a Belgian- Style Wit. 5.4% ABV |
