Pours a slightly hazy golden with a full white head that lingers for a few moments. The aroma is a little tart and has yeast, grass, and spice. The tartness from the nose actually declines in the taste and is now more of an afterthought. Wheat is now the attraction here, which is complemented by spice, oak, grass, and grape. It is has subtle bitterness and ends in a mild wheat aftertaste. Medium bodied and smooth in texture. ABV 6.5%
