This imperial stout aged in maple bourbon barrels pours a rich opaque black with a dense off white head.  Aromas of maple bring out the roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, and bourbon notes. Roasted chocolaty malts form the base, with dark espresso and molasses notes, silky vanilla, and sweet bourbon all helping to promote the smooth maple flavor. Medium-full bodied, with a dry oaky bourbon finish. 12.5% ABV
