Description: | This unblended lambic pours a clear copper gold with little head. It smells of earthy mushroom, lemony acid, Lactic acid and keylime. Flavors of lemoncurd, yogurt, keylime, hints of vanilla, woody oak, and some barnyard funk dance on the palate with a tart pucker that is balanced by wheat and straw. The pucker of the sour is balanced with slightly minty and earthy hops. Softly carbonated and just slightly dry to finish. 5% ABV | |
