This one is brewed by Meredith Gotz and features Pink Himalayan Sea Salt & Fresh Dried Hibiscus Flowers. This beer is pretty damn pink, head and all. Slightly salty with a mild sweetness from the Hibiscus. Finishes with a bit a sour tartness. Overall balance is pretty striking. 4.1% ABV | |
