| Description: | Pours a clear dark amber under a small short lived white head that leaves lots of lace. Intensely hopped dry IPA with Centennial, Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops. Aroma is light caramel with bright citrus and tropical fruit, grapefruit, mango with some pine and some floral notes. Flavor is caramel and toasted bread crust and malt dominate upfront. Slight grapefruit hop character that builds to a strong bitterness. Body is medium with average carbonation and a long bitter finish. ABV: 7.2% | |
