Description: | This brew pours a golden amber color. There are a variety of mild aromas including raspberry and blackberry jam, hickory smoked bacon, caramel, salty mineral, figs, peaches, and prunes. The flavors are of savory flavors of hickory smoked bacon, mild flavors of salty minerals, raspberry jam, and blackberry jam. The flavor profile continues to expand as mild flavors of earthy hops, caramel and peaches flow to the palate while the smoked bacon flavors become slightly stronger. A mild, bittersweet wave of fig, prunes, and bitter hops promptly follows. Subtle bittersweet molasses, white bread, orange, grapefruit, and tangerine flavors trail lastly as the bitter hop flavors increase to mild while the earthy hop perception grows just a little. 5.2ABV | |
