| Description: | We wanted to drink a hoppy Dortmunder and Holler Brewing was nice (or naive) enough to let us come brew one with them. Classic german malt profile is augmented with new school German Saphir hops and an irresponsible amount of American Mosaic which has no place in a classic German lager. The result is a dank yet easy drinking 6% lager with a nice cereal and oat malt character and a surprisingly clean finish. | |
