| Description: | This Baltic porter is brewed with juniper berries, fermented and laagered in Bulliet Rye Bourbon barrels for several weeks. Pours a dark mahogany with a medium to thick beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, oak, anise, molasses, vanilla and hints of smoke. Flavor is slightly sweet, bitter, and roasty, with hints of molasses, anise, and vanilla flavors. Medium bodied, soft roast, chocolate, a touch of fruit. Berries and chocolate. Long cocoa. Alcohol is well hidden. ABV. 10%
