This unfiltered pilsner brings the grassy bittter herbaceous quality of classic pils and adds a softer, bready malt body.  The aroma is sourdough bread, grassy, and a bit herbal with some honey biscuit; surprisingly clear for being unfiltered.  There is lots of visible carbonation, minimal off-white crown; dry straw, faintly grainy maltiness, mild grassy hoppiness with a hint of lemon.  It is quite clean overall with a little bitterness.  It is light to medium light bodied and finishes dry on the palate
