This flight features brews hand-selected by our Employee of the Month for January, Carolina. It features Destihl Syncopathic With Apricot, a dry-hopped sour with apricots added (6% abv), Avery Maharaja Imperial IPA (10% abv), (512) Cascabel Cream Stout (6% abv), and Brash Milk The Venom. An Imperial Milk Stout brewed with toasted coconut, chipotle peppers, cinnamon and chocolate. Soft and sweet at first with a silky mouthfeel thanks to the coconut, the heat builds as it warms, lingering with red pepper and cacao nib flavor. (9% abv)
