Pours a clear rich deep golden color with a thin spotty white head. Aromas are of bright lavender, a little barnyard, some horse blanket and a pale honey sweetness. Crisp bright flavor that’s funky from the Brett and very lightly spicy with a little black pepper and lavender. The body is medium and the finish is dry from the oak with lingering flavors of light honey and barnyard. ABV. 7%
