Description: | This variant of IPA features innovative brewing techniques that give it a bright effervescence and a super-dry finish. It makes for a great craft beer alternative to traditional "bubbles," and it’s still blasted with enough explosive hop flavor to rival any double IPA. Pours a dark copper with aromas of citrus, peach and leafy resin. An under-hanging toffee presence. Flavors of grainy biscuits, toffee, a fair dose of caramel with a background of grapefruit zest and resin with a moderately dry resinous and floral finish. Fairly hop-forward with an extremely dry finish. 9.4% ABV | |
