Description: | This saison base beer has been aged on barrels and then reblended and refermented with Champagne yeast and aged further giving it a truly unique character unlike any other beer on the planet. Champagne like carb gives the beer a bright effervescent character. Aroma has notes of oak, stone fruit, coriander, white grape skin along with a spicy leather and tannin character. Initial taste is lightly tart with a sour peach and white plum flavor over a mild oak and white pepper spice. The flavor depth here is incredible. Look for notes of peach skin, clover honey, fresh cut grass, peppercorn, coriander, plum juice, white sherry and rice wine vinegar. World class beer. | |
