This is a beer with layers of flavor that reveal during the course of the sip. Very full flavored, It starts spicy and puckery, but quickly some very rich tones of earthy funk join in. This rich blend of woodsy flavors is joined by overripe peach, lemon limey funk, spicy grain notes, some doughy tart notes, and finally the sip ends with earthy spice winning out.
