Light straw in color with aromas of grass and sweet hay with some faint herbal notes. The flavor follows suit with a nice almost minerally flavor from the natural hot spring water used to create this brew. Interesting take on a Kolsch, where some flavors are almost too faint early on, the distinct flavor of the water makes those crisp hay-like flavors pop towards the finish. 4.9% ABV
