This beer uses the original coffee porter recipe as its base beer to make this seasonal porter. The cafe de olla flavor is used when traditionally preparing coffee in mexico using an earthen clay pot. The flavor is derived from cinnamon, spices and piloncillo sugar. The piloncillo gives the beer some malty sweetness while the cinnamon and spices contribute to the chocolate notes. 6.6% ABV
