Initially inspired by the German Gose style, The Collective Brewing Project left the saltiness out of this brew while retaining many of the characteristic elements of the style. Not much of a nose with some light sour notes mixed in with an earthy breadiness. Once you take a sip you know immediately you are in sour territory with a sensory assault of clean lemon yogurt flavors and a front of the mouth sour kick. It finishes dry and light with an above average level of carbonation keeping it lively on your tongue. 4.5% ABV
