Pours a deep hazy copper with a quickly falling white fluffy head.  This brew has an interesting combination of sweet nuttiness and rich malt that brings about all the normal flavors reminiscent of a traditional wee-heavy, however with the sour mash added you get an interesting tanginess and lactose presence that lends a surprising lightness to this brew balancing out the sometimes overwhelming breadiness and caramelly flavors typical to a wee-heavy. 8.0% ABV
