Pours an garnet amber red.with quickly dissapating head. Nose is sharply acidic and tart with notes of lime, dried cranberry, spruce and oak. Inital tart sour lactic character overlays a spicy rye and herbal character. Lime zest and fresh hay notes linger. Funky and esoteric. | |
