Ruby toned brown with a thin beige head. The aroma is caramelly, slightly peaty with notes of dry chocolate.  The flavor is nutty  has smooth undertones of vanilla and semi-tart cherry to help balance out the sweet, chocolaty taste that is at the forefront of its flavor and aroma. The finish leaves a lingering boozy aftertaste that is nicely brightened by a very subtle sweet orange instead of coating the palate with heavy sweetness. 8% ABV
