| Description: | The first in a panned rotating series of bourbon barrel pastry stouts. Pours ebony black with thin deep khaki head. Aroma is massive with big boozy toffee and espresso over hersheys syrup. Coconut flavors are muted till the beer warms over 45 degrees then become apparant in the flavor. Mouthfeel is full and silky with notes of bakers cocoa, dark chocolate, cacao nibs, oak, whiskey and caramel. Like a coconut brownie someone dunked in whiskey. $$$$ | |
