Eureka's version comes off as a rye malt version of Mostly Harmless brewed using Eukanot hops. Pours straw gold with good clarity. Aroma of pineapple, grapefruit, white pepper and citrus zest. Spicy rye and bitter hop notes blend to make the beer more aggressive than Mostly Harmless with a dry biting finish. | |
