  A Blended Ale with 6% of which is aged in Scotch whiskey barrel, Brett Peat Daydream is a blend of three different beers; First, a Peated Barleywine, a Rauch Marzen that has been aged in Scotch whiskey barrels, and a brett ale which was infused with Brettanomyces for 6 months in a steel vessel. The aroma of heavy smoke is prevalent but balanced on the tongue by the brett. There is a candy-esque quality to the tartness but a pleasant mix of peat and sour to make the whole thing come together. 7% ABV
