A deep orange-amber hue with intense carbonation and a bit of sediment even on easy pours.  Produces a large head of creamy white foam with good retention Aroma of rich fruity yeast with hints of phenolics, subtle dried fruit, apples, spice, sugar, earthiness, mild sherry and caramel malt. Tastes of sweet, fruity yeast esters with notes of figs, raisins, dried fruit, apples, spice, phenolics, sugar, earthiness, caramel malt, subtle sherry. The booze is very well hidden. Possesses a lingering sweetness, followed by earthy yeast and a mild bitterness upon swallowing.
