Nice aroma of sweet dark fruits, apple skins, cellar funk, dry cereal and granola. Taste is rich sweet with peppery spice, complex. Feel is full, creamy carbonation, with prickly feeling from the spice and ABV. Extrememly complex with very slight warming alcohol and tart vinous quality on the finish. | |
