⌂ > Blue Owl Wet-Hop Hop Totem

This variation of the original hop totem is wet hopped.  Pours a pale haze gold with very little thin white head.  The aroma brings apricots and mango to mind with distinctly sour notes.  It’s flavor plays to tropical fruits with subtle pineapple and mango along with a subtle undercurrent of lemon tanginess and tart, contrary to the initial whiff.   This brew is not overwhelmingly sour, but instead plays to a tropical and subtle tart that is quite enjoyable and would be best recommended to those who need something lighter and refreshing while still flavorful.  6.7% ABV
